What is Threading?

Threading is the ancient Persian art of eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal. It is used to give clean lines and a good shape to the eyebrows, and leaves the skin smooth when used for hair removal. It is a natural alternative to waxing or plucking.

How Does Threading Work?

Cotton thread is tightly twisted between the practitioner’s fingers and rolled along the surface of the skin entwining the hair in the thread which is then plucked from the root in neat rows. The client may be required to hold their skin tight for best results.

How Long Does it Last & How Does it Affect the Skin?

Threading usually lasts 3-6 weeks depending on your hair growth. Threading is much more gentle on the skin than waxing and is suitable for people with sensitive skin.
